The Skiva Dress is a midi-length dress with a crew neck and a long, set-in sleeve. The dress is fitted through the upper body and waistline, flowing through to an A-line skirt. Details also include side seam pockets and fluted edges along the sleeve opening. This style is crafted from a comfortable ribbed organic cotton fabric in a yarn-dyed stripe.

Material

93% Organic Cotton 7% Elastane

This soft jersey fabric is made using an organic cotton and elastane blend. The cotton fibre makes this garment cool, comfortable and breathable to wear, while the elastane offers versatility for the fit and added comfort.

Organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility. The organic cotton for this fabric was sourced from India.

Maker

This style was made in China through production agent Eastlink Sales, established in 2006 by Mrs Crystal Wu. Crystal has a great team based in Shanghai who work with us to manage our development and production. They also act as the go between with the factory where our garments are made, Yao Fa Garment Factory. They are actively assisting us with communication between fibre producers and mills to help us source materials that meet our ELK Preferred Material guidelines.

Yao Fa Garment Factory are a member of Sedex and have undergone a SMETA social compliance audit.
